United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) are our shippers of choice for shipping Gardening and Orchid Supplies.
Within these, there are several methods to choose from; UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Canada-Standard Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and International Shipping is also available.
Note: We reserve the right to adjust your selected shipping method if we feel your order will arrive faster or more efficiently via another method. For example: UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends. The US Postal Service allows us to ship on weekends. Thus, if we know an order is time-dependent, we may use Priority Mail. Our intent is for your order to arrive as fast as possible. Also, if there is a significant difference in shipping costs due to us changing shipping methods you will receive a refund.
Domestic Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you and appear on our shopping cart.
The United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) automated shipping rate system is used which is based on the total weight of the package (including packaging) , not just the weight of an individual item.
All items offered are subject to supply and availability, and special offers may be withdrawn without notice.
Prices of any item may change.
Orders are processed as received and are shipped in a timely manner, unless weather prevents safe delivery. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control it may take up to 7 DAYS to fulfill your order.

We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.
International Ordering & Shipping
International Sales are accepted and we will ship to most countries. Orders with a total value (including shipping) of US$200 or less may be paid by credit card and must have the same billing and shipping address - no alternate shipping addresses will be allowed. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any person or location we deem as questionable or believe to be fraudulent. Orders with a total value (including shipping) exceeding US$200 are required to pay via PayPal prior to shipment.
When you place your order, select the Destination Country using the drop-down arrow. Provide your Postal Code and select how you would like delivery:
We offer US Post Office Priority Mail International (5-7 day delivery) and US Post Office First Class International(11-17 day delivery).
Discounts & Other Items
Periodically we will offer a 10%-20% discount on selected products.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, charge additional shipping based upon order size and weight. We may even reject an order due to mistakes or other unusual circumstances.
A 6.25% Sales tax is added For Massachusetts residents.
All our supply items are of professional quality and durability. Satisfaction with our Products upon receipt is guaranteed!
Guarantees are subject to proper care, use & conditions. Please let us know within two days if you have received a defective item. Replacements or credits will be issued after review of the problem.
Please contact us immediately if a shipment does not meet your expectations or arrived damaged.
Note: At Tindara's Orchid & Garden Supplies, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Tindara's Orchid & Garden Supplies within 14 days of purchase date. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There is a $5.00 restocking fee.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in the original box, and must include all packing material.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by Tindara's Orchid & Garden Supplies to be defective.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
