DOMESTIC SHIPPING United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) are our shippers of choice for shipping Gardening and Orchid Supplies. There are several methods to choose from; UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Canada-Standard Ground, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail and International Shipping is also available. SEE NOTE BELOW UNDER DISCOUNTS and OTHER ITEMS. DOMESTIC SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you and appear on our shopping cart. The United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) automated shipping rate system is used which is based on the total weight of the package, not just the weight of an individual item.
AVAILABILITY All items offered are subject to supply and availability, and special offers may be withdrawn without notice. Prices of any item may change. Orders are processed as received and are shipped in a timely manner, unless weather prevents safe delivery. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control it may take up to 7 DAYS to fulfill your order. All our supply items are of professional quality and durability.
ORDERING & PAYMENT We suggest placing orders online using our very Secure Shopping Cart. If you feel more comfortable placing an order via Mail, just print out the convenient Order Form. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Google Checkout. You may send your credit card information via regular mail or safely through this encrypted site over the Internet. You may also mail personal checks or money orders prior to shipping. You may even Email your order to us and then we will send you an invoice.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERING & SHIPPING International Sales are accepted and we will ship to most countries. When you place your order select the Destination Country using the drop-down arrow. Provide your Postal Code and select how you would like delivery. We offer US Post Office Priority Mail International (5-7 day delivery) and US Post Office First Class International(11-17 day delivery).
DISCOUNTS/RETURNS and OTHER ITEMS Periodically we will offer a 10%-20% discount on selected products. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, charge additional shipping based upon order size and weight. We may even reject an order due to mistakes or other unusual circumstances. Also, we may change the shipping method you that have originally chosen if we feel your order will arrive faster. For example, UPS does not pick up or deliver on weekends. The US Postal Service allows us to ship on weekends. We will use Priority Mail. Our intent is for your order to arrive as fast as possible. THERE IS A $15.00 HANDLING FEE AND RESTOCKING FEE FOR CANCELLED ORDERS OR RETURNED, NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED, NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER.

Please let us know within five days if you have received a defective item. Replacements or credits will be issued after review of the problem.
